You may order your cards online safely &
securely; this is the most common way to
place your order. We accept all major credit
cards, and all orders placed online will
receive free bonus cards and free shipping!
2) BY PHONE.
Ordering by phone is no problem! Just call
us toll free at 865-237-7491 and one of
our friendly fundraising representatives
will be glad to take your order, and assist
you in any way necessary. It’s quick and
painless!
3) BY MAIL.
If you need to send a check by mail please
call us first so we can email you an
invoice. This helps us to identify you when
your payment comes in, and ensures we send
your order to the right place! Please

4) PURCHASE ORDERS.
We accept purchase orders from k-12 schools.
If your group needs to pay using a purchase
order please call us first with your
purchase order number, so that we may first
send your invoice to your administrative
department.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
*Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept
returns, or issue refunds for purchases
including pre-order payments. All sales are
final.
SHIPMENTS:
All orders will be shipped Priority Mail via
US Mail, or ground via UPS. Expedited
shipping is available at an additional cost.
