Can any group participate in the cookie dough or candle fundraisers?
Answer: Absolutely. We've helped all kinds of groups raise money with our cookie dough and candle fundraisers including schools, church youth groups, sports teams, charities, and many more!
How much profit do we make?
Answer: Don't get hassled by other companies who make big promises. Our profit schedule is straightforward. You'll earn a percentage of the total price according to how many units your group sells as a whole.
Do we have to pay any money up-front to get started?
Answer: Absolutely not... and why should you? You are doing this to raise money, not because you have a lot of money. There are no costs involved in getting started.
How long do you suggest we conduct our fundraiser?
Answer: We suggest about 2 weeks. That is how long 90% of our groups conduct their cookie dough or candle fundraisers. Keep in mind that it is smart to schedule about 3 extra days to allow for the kids who "lost" or "forgot" their orders/money.
Do you give credit terms for payment?
Answer: The way it works is that after you have collected the order and monies for the cookie dough, you will then place one bulk order with us. At that time you will send your check to us. We can not ship orders before we have received payment.
How long does it take to receive our products after our fundraiser is finished?
Answer: Average time is about 2 to 3 weeks, and it depends on the season and how busy our fulfillment center is at the time.
Can we do this more than once in a year?
Answer: Sure. No problem with that.
Can we turn in orders after that we've already placed our bulk order?
Answer: Yes you can, however we can not offer free shipping on those orders. And, please note that it is always best to place all orders in one bulk order because the shipping costs involved in small orders is considerable.
Will the cookie dough melt, is it safe to ship, and can you re-freeze it?
Answer: Yes, it is frozen, and it will melt/thaw out. However, we ship with refrigerated trucks and use dry ice. The good news is that the cookie dough will last for up to 1 to 2 weeks at room temperature... how cool is that! You can store it frozen for up to one year.
Should we collect sales tax for the cookie dough sales?
Answer: NO. We are wholesalers, and this is for non-profit causes.
Can individuals participate in this fundraiser?
Answer: Yes, but you want to garner all the help you can... the more units you sell, the more profits you'll raise!
How long has your company been in business... can we trust you?
Answer: No worries there... we've been in business for over 20 years and have helped over 20,000 schools, churches, youth sports teams, and non-profit groups raise millions of dollars!
This is awesome, why didn't we think of this sooner?
Answer: We don't know.
