Fundraising, fundraisers, fund raising, fund raiser, fund raisers, fundraiser, regardless of how you spell it if you want to know how to raise money for your group you have come to the right place!

Customize the back of your discount cards with your school/group name and a discount from a local sponsor!

Before you get started you should remember that signing up a sponsor for your fundraising card is not necessary because our program already offers over 100,000 discounts nationwide.  Also, a one time, $50 set-up fee must be paid before your order is placed to have your cards customized.

Some groups like to feature a discount on the back just to give the card a more personable feel.  If you would like to get a few sponsor yourself here are a few tips.

» How should I/we approach businesses?
Really, it's completely up to you, but you might consider doing it in the following manner:

1) Ask for the manager/owner and introduce yourself, letting them know who you are, who you are with(what group), and that you are there because you would like for them to be a sponsor on your group's discount card.

2) Be sure to explain to them that there is absolutely no costs involved in participating, and that it is free advertising for their store.

3) You'd be surprised by how much of an effect a smile will have!

» How long does it take to sign-up a sponsor?
Most groups can sign-up a sponsor discount in as quick as one afternoon. You do want to be tactful in your appearances however, for example: don't show up at a restaurant during the lunch rush, and expect the manager/owner to have time to discuss advertising with you. Visit businesses during slow hours, or even call ahead, and make an appointment.

» How many sponsors can we have on our card?
You may list only 1 sponsor on your card.

» Why should a sponsor/business participate in this program?
The benefits to a business of becoming a sponsor are many! Try these 3 for starters:

1)Free advertising for the business.

2)Increase in overall business, and repeat business

3)It displays great community awareness and service.

» I've signed-up a sponsor, now what?
Once you sign-up a sponsor be sure to keep the original copy with you, and give the store a copy upon request. After you've signed up all of the sponsors you want fax your sponsor forms to us, along with your group info, to FAX: 866.361.3863.

If you have already placed your order, please attach a cover letter with your sponsor form fax so we can identify your group.
